Sharks Awarded Easy Passage into Rugby League Semi
The Devon Sharks were given a welcome Bank Holiday boost with the news that they have been given a bye into the semi-final of the Harry Jepson Trophy.
After retaining their South West League Championship with victory over the Cornish Rebels on 18th August, the RFL offered the Devon club the chance to represent the South West Men’s League in the non-compulsary competition.
The South West Rugby League champions will be hoping to go one better than the 2009 squad when they meet the winners of the East of England v London quarter final to be played the week ending 7/8 September
London Skolars are the current holders of the trophy.
